Transition to the new ÖNORM Z 1020:2025 – Important Information for You and Your Customers
As previously announced in January 2026, we are transitioning our range of first aid products to the new ÖNORM Z 1020:2025. As part of this transition, the previous standard products will no longer be offered in two different versions but will be replaced by a uniform kit (SAN-0182).
New items in accordance with ÖNORM Z 1020:2025
- SAN-0173 ultraBOX SELECT First Aid Kit with wall mount, contents compliant with ÖNORM Z 1020:2025
- SAN-0182 ultraFILLING bandage contents compliant with ÖNORM Z 1020:2025
Both products can be ordered immediately but will not be available until May 2026.
Discontinuation of Previous Products
The following items are now obsolete and no longer available:
- SAN-0173-15 First Aid Kit ultraBOX SUPER with wall mount, contents ÖNORM Type 1
- SAN-0173-20 First Aid Kit ultraBOX SELECT with wall mount, contents ÖNORM Type 2 SAN-0172-1
- ultraFILLING bandage kit, ÖNORM Type 1 Z 1020 SAN-0182-2
- ultraFILLING bandage kit, ÖNORM Type 2 Z 1020
Digital Connection for E-Commerce Customers
A B2B platform is available for our online retail partners, allowing you to download all relevant data for master data maintenance—including a separate download exclusively for new products.
To use the platform, you only need to register once as a reseller.
Once you have been granted access and logged in again, you will be able to access the download section in the main navigation menu, where you can find all the information you need.
