With our online shop, we would like to give all commercial companies and organisations (B2B) the opportunity to order directly from the manufacturer. In addition to our specialist trade customers, companies and organisations (end users such as tradesmen or rescue services) can now also order directly from our online shop. Private individuals are excluded from this.
Most articles from the area of first aid are available in our online shop. We do not offer specialist products that require explanation and that are preferably sold through special distributors, we do not offer them in our online shop. You are welcome to send us an enquiry about the articles concerned via our contact form or via our store locator to find a distribution partner near you.
In general, it is possible for our resellers to order via our online shop. Please note that we cannot grant resale conditions via our online shop. The Online Shop is primarily aimed at business users (B2B) who are looking for a direct purchasing option from the manufacturer.
If you are registered and approved as a reseller, you will be activated for additional services and information in the reseller area and can, for example, download current article and image data for your own online presence.

There is no minimum order value for our online shop.
We send our parcels with GLS. Bulky goods are shipped by DHL.
We only ship goods within Germany via our online shop. Our customers from the specialist trade based abroad are also supplied abroad via our direct order channels.

Our sterile medical products have a minimum durability of at least 5 years from the date of manufacture. A manufacturing date and an expiry date are printed on the respective products.
