The CONREST PRO+ rescue stretcher is a versatile and efficient solution for the safe transportation of injured persons. Its 2-in-1 function allows it to be used as a half or full stretcher, while the stable, lightweight construction with padded lying surface ensures comfort and protection. Thanks to the integrated sliding plates, it can be pulled effortlessly over floors and edges. Flexible attachment options allow for horizontal or vertical rescue, while reflective materials and color-coded closures ensure intuitive handling. The leg extension for improved stability is included in this set.
For confined space
CONREST PRO+ is the ideal solution for the safe and efficient transportation of injured persons. Equipped with a sliding plate on the upper and lower section, the rescue stretcher enables effortless pulling over floors or edges. A wide range of attachment options allow the injured person to be moved from a horizontal to a vertical position during the rescue using various methods. This flexibility makes the rescue very efficient. The reflective materials ensure good visibility in dark rooms, while the color-coded click buckles ensure intuitive and easy handling and eliminate predictable misuse. With robust handles and loops that also serve as attachment points, CONREST PRO+ offers a wide range of suspension options, such as with transport slings (ultraFLEX PRO) or holding ropes (e.g. TUNER PRO). In addition, the stretcher impresses with its stable and lightweight construction as well as a padded lying surface that offers comfort and protection for the patient, especially in the case of spinal injuries.
For tight spaces
The CONREST rescue stretcher allows the rapid rescue of accident victims from hard-to-reach and confined spaces. The short design secures the patient's head, spine, pelvis and arms thanks to a particularly thick and stabilising belt strap construction. With its many grips, CONREST offers rescuers and emergency crews numerous options for moving accident victims out of the danger zone. Special attachments can also be secured to the carrying loops. These can be linked to a mobile attachment system that allows accident victims to be rescued from a sewer shaft, for example. A clear colour system ensures rapid handling: all of the attachment points are marked in orange. CONREST has a stable and solid skid plate that ensures the safe movement of the patient over edges or obstacles. A foot cover, which when required can also be used to secure the feet, also comes as part of the standard equipment.

Due to its frame construction with incorporated carbon core, it achieves very high stability and load-bearing capacity. It is lightweight, stable and buoyant, suitable for X-ray and MRI.The slightly concave shape supports a smooth "under-gripping" and "lifting" of the patient. The ultraMEDIC Spineboard was developed and designed in Germany. The components are manufactured in Germany and France. The scope of delivery includes 3 patient restraint straps. A suitable head fixation set (ultraHEAD LOCK), as well as special belt systems and carrying bags can be ordered additionally. The S-BOON spineboard has been tested to withstand loads of up to 150 kg according to DIN 1865, and even exceeded the 250 kg test weight required by the standard, withstanding a weight of 500 kg.
