Shipping abroad
The offer and the dispatch of the ultraMEDIC Shop is directed exclusively to customers within Germany.
Dispatch by forwarding agency
If it is not possible to send your order as a parcel due to the volume or weight, the goods will be delivered by a forwarding agent. Please refer to the "Technical data" tab on the item card for the respective shipping method for your ordered item.
Shipment to Packstation
Delivery to a packing station is not possible.
What does shipping cost?
The shipping costs depend on the total weight of the ordered goods and are automatically shown in your shopping cart.
How fast do I receive an order/item?
Many products are available from stock and can be dispatched within a few days. Delivery times may be longer for items that are manufactured to order (e.g. medical couches). Public holidays and company holidays can lead to delays in delivery times.
If you have selected the payment method prepayment, the logistical processing begins immediately after receipt of payment. For deliveries to the North Sea and Baltic Sea islands, the delivery time is extended and an island surcharge may apply.
Can the delivery time of an item be shortened?
Express delivery is possible in individual cases. Whether express delivery is possible must be checked on a case-by-case basis. Please send us an enquiry via our contact form.
Shipping confirmation
As soon as your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail from us confirming that the goods will be leaving our premises shortly.
