Help with Returns

BIn case of damaged goods, wrong or too much delivery, you can return the corresponding goods to us in their original packaging and without any changes to the original condition. To do this, be sure to use the Return Slip and follow the steps below:

1. Before each return, fill out the Return Slip and send it by e-mail to [email protected] or via Fax to +49 2631 96983-33.
2. Wait for confirmation.
3. Enclose the approved return request form with the return shipment.
4. Please make sure that the goods are sent to us in proper packaging and always enclose a copy of the invoice or delivery bill with your return.

Shipping costs for exchange, complaint or cancellation

Please note that customised products, sterile packaged products and disinfectants are excluded from return and that we can only take back unused and undamaged items that have not been used beyond checking their condition, properties and functionality.

The shipping costs at ultraMEDIC GmbH for exchanges, complaints or cancellations vary and are regulated as follows:

  1. Procedure for replacement due to a complaint / material defect or incorrect delivery:

    In the event of a complaint, incorrect delivery or a material defect, please inform us immediately by means of a returns note, stating the delivery note, order or invoice number as well as a brief description and, if possible, a picture of the complaint or material defect. After internal inspection and approval, we will submit a suitable proposal for remedying the defect. If the goods have to be exchanged or returned, ultraMEDIC will bear the shipping costs.

  2. Return due to cancellation
    Should you wish to cancel your order, we will contact you to organise the return shipment. In this context, we would like to point out that costs for restocking and shipping may be incurred.
