Quick, tool-free assembly - for flexible use on ultraMEDIC basket stretchers
With the ultraGEAR MOBILE, we are the only manufacturer to offer a compact, retrofittable chassis for our cage stretchers that can be quickly assembled on site without tools. This means that the chassis can be quickly assembled and securely attached to the stretcher if required, e.g. when the stretcher is used on a slope or in rough terrain to support the transport of casualties.
The chassis consists of a stainless steel base plate and 2 quick-release axles with wheels and an integrated belt system. The base plate can be quickly pre-assembled and, if necessary, attached to the stretcher by hooking in and locking the straps.
What are the advantages over established trolleys on the market?
Tool-free assembly: Thanks to the intuitive and tool-free assembly and disassembly, the entire trolley can be attached to the basket stretcher by the user. Pre-assembly of the base plate at the factory is not necessary.
Multifunctional use of the basket stretcher: Complete disassembly of the ultraGEAR MOBILE after use ensures that the basket stretcher can continue to be used for multiple purposes.
Ready for use in a flash: The wheel axles can be plugged together and the basket stretcher can be intuitively assembled and fixed in place in just a few seconds, without tools.
Ideal addition: Ideal for adding to existing ultraMEDIC basket stretchers. The decision in favour of the product does not have to be made when purchasing the basket stretcher. ultraGEAR MOBILE can be used for several basket stretchers.
Space-saving storage: After use, the chassis and base plate can be removed and stored on the vehicle to save space.
