Special stretcher for spinal injuries. S-BOON Spineboard is mainly used for lifting and repositioning patients with severe head and spine injuries. Due to its frame construction with incorporated carbon core, it achieves very high stability and load-bearing capacity. It is lightweight, stable and buoyant, suitable for X-ray and MRI.The slightly concave shape supports a smooth "under-gripping" and "lifting" of the patient. The ultraMEDIC Spineboard was developed and designed in Germany. The components are manufactured in Germany and France. The scope of delivery includes 3 patient restraint straps. A suitable head fixation set (ultraHEAD LOCK), as well as special belt systems and carrying bags can be ordered additionally. The S-BOON spineboard has been tested to withstand loads of up to 150 kg according to DIN 1865, and even exceeded the 250 kg test weight required by the standard, withstanding a weight of 500 kg.
The ultraCOMBI-STRETCHER is a combined spineboard and scoop stretcher used to immobilise injured persons who may have suffered a spinal fracture. Material: HDPE Load capacity - 205 kg
