The ultraRESC B is used for redundant securing of the injured person in a basket stretcher or rollstretcher.
The so-called "Rescue diaper" is made from polyester and conforms to EN 1498-B.
Several fastening eyelets enable a rapid adjustment to the size of the injured person.
