Shipping abroad

The offer and the dispatch of the ultraMEDIC Shop is directed exclusively to customers within Germany.

Dispatch by forwarding agency

If it is not possible to send your order as a package due to the volume or weight, the goods will be delivered by a forwarding agent. Deliveries by a freight forwarder are always agreed with you by telephone before delivery by the respective freight forwarder.

Shipment to Packstation

Delivery to a packing station is not possible.

What does shipping cost?

If your value of goods is less than 150.00 EUR (excl. VAT), we charge shipping costs of 6,50 EUR (excl.  VAT). From a value of goods of 150.00 EUR (excl. VAT) the delivery is free of shipping costs. Exceptions are articles that are shipped as bulky goods by a forwarding agent. Freight costs are incurred depending on the quantity ordered.

How fast do I receive an order/item?

Many products are available from stock and ready for shipment within a few days. If necessary, there may be longer delivery times for ready-made goods. Public vacations as well as company vacations can lead to a delay in the delivery time. The specific delivery time is always indicated on the product page of the article. If you have chosen the payment method prepayment, the logistical processing begins only after receipt of payment. The delivery time indicated on the product page is valid for shipments within Germany with the exception of the North and Baltic Sea islands. For deliveries to the North Sea and Baltic Sea islands, the delivery time will be extended and an island surcharge may apply. Can the delivery time of an item be shortened? The delivery times shown are coordinated with our internal processes to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot offer shorter delivery times. In individual cases, however, express shipping may be possible. Whether express shipping is possible must be checked in each individual case. Please send us a request via our contact form.

Shipping confirmation

As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail from us with your tracking code, which you can use to track the delivery status of your shipment online. To do this, enter your shipment number in the input field provided and click on "Search" (GLS).
