Weather protection hood made of bacteriostatic material for rescue stretchers and roll-in stretchers. The reusable bonnet can be decontaminated, which reduces the need for systematic washing. It is made of breathable, waterproof, flame-retardant (B1), PU-coated material. Washable at 95°C and can be disinfected. A circumferential elasticated band ensures good fixation for various applications. A matching pocket with Velcro fasteners allows the bonnet to be attached to the frame of the stretcher and quickly removed if required. The bonnet protects the lying surface and equipment against rain and can remain on the stretcher if required.

The product is primarily used to protect the lying surface of stretchers against rain. All common stretchers from various manufacturers can be covered. Depending on the application, the ultraRAIN-COVER can also be used to cover a basket stretcher that is transported outside a vehicle, for example.
Where is the ultraRAIN-COVER ideally stored when not in use?
The protective cover is supplied in a compact bag with two Velcro straps that can be used to attach the bag to a metal rod. Storage under the head section of the stretcher is ideal, as this does not affect regular operation and the cover is immediately available when it rains.

ultraRAIN-COVER is washable and disinfectable. This means that it is also possible to lay a patient on it for a short period of time, especially since the cover can be cleaned very quickly after use.
